Kitchen Cleanout & Pantry Makeover $200

Need help understanding the building blocks of a nutritious lifestyle? Good, clean eating calls for a good, clean space, so let’s turn your kitchen upsidedown (in a good way)! Say goodbye to the junk and hello to the foods, condiments, and spices that’ll help you lose weight, have more of that delicious energy, and help you feel happy when you look in the mirror.

You’ll get a pantry, fridge, and freezer walkthrough where I’ll help with the cleaning out and organizing process, plus teach you about Good, Better, and Best food choices for all of your food groups.

Grocery Store Tour $80

Walking into a grocery store can be overwhelming and intimidating when you are trying to figure out how to navigate where to find the food that will help you along on your wellness journey, not hinder you. I will take you through the store of your choice, prepared to shop, and teach you where to go, how to read nutrition labels, etc.so that the next time you go grocery shopping, you will know exactly what to do!

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and $80.
